5LL FRP Spiral Chute

The 5LL FRP spiral chute combines the strengths of spiral concentrators, spiral sluices, shaking tables and centrifugal concentrators. It needs no power, has a small footprint and suits fine material of 0.3–0.02 mm.

  • Six sizes, spiral diameter 400–2000 mm
  • Feed size 0.02–2 mm, capacity 0.15–10 t/h
  • FRP trough: light, wear- and corrosion-resistant
Suitable minerals: Iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, xenotime, tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, and other base, rare and non-metallic minerals with a density difference.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Working Principle

Slurry enters at the top and flows down the spiral trough. Under gravity, centrifugal force and the secondary cross-flow in the trough, heavy minerals concentrate towards the inner edge and light minerals move outward; splitters at the bottom take off concentrate, middlings and tailings.
